There are no complicated rules on Goodall in the Mix. If John likes a song, there’s a fair chance he’ll play it.
Each show features a hand-picked selection from across the decades, mixing classic pop, soul, rock, big ballads and newer favourites. One minute you could be listening to Motown, the next it might be Status Quo, Adele, Prince or The Killers.
John keeps the chat light, sharing music facts, memories and his own gentle sense of humour along the way.
There’s no fixed theme and no predictable playlist. It’s simply an hour of great music chosen by John, with plenty of variety and a few surprises thrown into the mix.
