Get Ready For... Ask Marilyn & Rebecca
For the start of the new Premier League season on Two Left Feet, Marilyn Booth & Rebecca Carter-Lindsay have added a new regular feature, where they take questions (well, they might) and use their new found insight and expertise to help everyone. Additionally, after seeing how Tottenham started the new season, they thought they’d attempt a Spurs fans’ channel to analyse it all too.
If you haven’t caught any of Two Left Feet yet, well, this video demonstrates just how seriously they take football… not at all.
We're Expanding Our Podcast Collection
As much as we enjoy creating and producing quality radio shows, over the course of the year, we’ve been creating more and more podcasts here at Tune-Ability.
As well as Voices of One Fylde, our community podcast, we now have Beyond The 90, joining Two Left Feet as a dedicated football podcast. Tom Garratt hosts the show, with two episodes now published and available on Spotify and Amazon Music. Each week, he looks at the local clubs across the Fylde coast, as well as travelling a bit further into the North West too to see how more of the local clubs are starting this season.
Rebecca Carter-Lindsay and Marilyn Booth continue to bring their football ‘expertise’ to Two Left Feet. Having covered the World Cup during the summer, they’ve come back with new features for the 26/27 Premier League season. Ask Marilyn & Rebecca encapsulates everything about the show. If you like football but don’t want to take it too seriously, then this is definitely the show for you, as we approach our 50th episode in the coming weeks. Subscribe and join the fun on Spotify and Amazon Music.
Jonathan Ball has joined the team over the past few months, bringing his sense of humour to his Silly Cinema Club. He looks at new movies, recent releases, and some of his all-time favourites, accompanied by his sense of humour. Jonathan uses AI voice cloning technology and creates the text-to-speech script and files in his sessions, while producing other parts of the show. To listen to the episodes so far and to subscribe, you can do so on both Spotify and Amazon Music.
Nasser Mohammed has also taken Retro Game Corner up another notch or two as well. Each month, Nasser dives into four of his favourite games from times gone by, adding some silliness to it too, like Silly Cinema Club. Nasser is having great fun putting these shows together and creating the humour in the scripts each week. Listen along and subscribe on Spotify and Amazon Music.
We’re looking to create even more podcasts in the very near future, showcasing the skills and personalities of our Tune-Ability team. Stay tuned!
Welcoming Back Andrew Snowden MP
Very recently, our Voices of One Fylde team had the chance to sit down once again with Andrew Snowden, MP for Fylde, to discuss a range of issues and hot topics in Fylde.
This time, the team (John Goodall, Marilyn Booth & Rebecca Carter-Lindsay) looked at some of the biggest stories affecting Fylde. They included the proposed council reorganisation bringing Fylde, Wyre and Blackpool together, the future of adult social care, new housing plans around Lytham St Annes, the redevelopment of St Annes Swimming Pool, the growth of local Banking Hubs and the latest developments surrounding the Morgan and Morecambe offshore wind projects.
